         This training manual contain a study the history of the formation the conceptual and normative frameworks of the right to health,international legal basis and content of the right to health, the obligations of States to provide the right to health;identify and analyze the main doctrinal approaches that confirm or deny the validity of the allocation the right to healthas an independent category of human rights;studythe role of international organizations and health systems in the realization of the right to health,the practice of regional judicial and universal quasi-judicial institutions for the implementation of the right to health,the practice of States on the application of international standards to ensure the right of everyone to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health at the national level,as well as modern threats and challenges in the field of health care.

The training manual has been prepared with the aim of promoting a comprehensive study of the discipline of the same name within the framework of the Master's program "International Protection of Human Rights".For students, master's degree students and postgraduate students specializing in international law, international human rights law,teachers, health care workers and all interested in international law issues,protection of human rights, international relations in the sphere of health protection.

         The course «International legal protection of the labour rights» is an introduction to the theoretical and practical problems of international human rights law and international labor law in their interaction. The international legal protection of the labour rights is a discipline of international legal specialization that introduces students to the history and specificity of labor regulation in international public and private international law, with the basic principles of international labor law and international labor standards, gives information about the activities of universal (UN, ILO, WTO, etc) and regional (Council of Europe, EU, CIS, EurAsEC, etc.)international intergovernmental organizations,under which international legal regulation of labor is carried out, as well as on the activities of international non-governmental organizations, international associations of trade unions and employers, on the responsibilities of multinational enterprises at work, attracts students' attention to mechanisms for monitoring compliance with international labor standardsto models of legal regulation of labor within the framework of integration associations of states,to the analysis of the legal regulation of international labor relations,specific regulatory characteristics of labor migration in international and national law.This programme was prepared at the department of international and European law at the faculty of law of the Kazan Federal University.
